Week 37 Day 4

I did my morning workout a little different today.  I brought 2 25 lb dumbbells over to the aerobic area and did 5 sets of 6 different exercises.  It took me close to 30 minutes to do.  I then did a 1 mile jog and 25 minutes on the elliptical machine.  I felt good and worked!

My PM workout was skipped today so I could decorate the yard for Halloween.  I was up and down on ladders, up and down stairs and moving stuff around in the garage getting my stuff together.  I simply ran out of time.  Not an excuse, just real life.
