Week 40 Day 4

Low impact workout today!

AM:

25 min dumbbell aerobics, push-ups, squats, over head presses, dead lifts, curls and sit-ups (5 sets)
30 min elliptical machine
30 min bike

PM:

45 min elliptical machine

 

Since my wife had plans for dinner I decided to cook up some catfish since my wife does not eat it.  It was good.  With it I made baby spinach and shredded carrots.  I seasoned it spicy and added some hot sauce when it hit the plate.

I am good on calories right now and might end the night a little bit higher since I am supposed to watch some fights with my neighbor.  I am bringing some beer that was was going to be shared at a family event that fell through and I know he will appreciate the brew.  I am also bringing some Special K Cracker Crisps as a snack since they are a better choice for me rather than potato chips.
