Week 41 Day 1

Is this the week?  Will I make my 100 lbs?

AM:
40 min elliptical machine
10 min jog
4 min walk cool down

PM:
Weights

5 sets bench press
4 sets assisted pull-ups
4 sets assisted dips
4 leg press machine
4 sets dumbbell over head presses
4 sets alternate arm curls

I was still feeling a little bit off from the weekend hiking. My legs and joints felt worked, the cut on my back felt sore and irritated from the shirt rubbing it, and I was tired enough to need a nap this afternoon. I hope to be back and in the zone tomorrow!

I did good with my eating today.  I ended at 2,300 calories.  Dinner was a veggie stir fry with a small amount of steak added.

If I had not eaten almonds earlier in the day I would have had to eat more protein today, most likely a can of tuna.
