Week 49 Day 3

Here’s a little something to set the mood…

AM:
10 min jog
50 min elliptical

PM:
Weight lifting
4 sets Overhead press
3 sets military press
3 sets squats
5 sets leg press
4 sets incline bench press
5 sets ez-bar curls

I feel like I ate well today. Dinner was the best with Salmon and spinach.

I had some fun today with the cat.  She decided she was going to stalk me.  I ended up jogging around the kitchen taking turns running from her then running after her.  She likes the hunt.
