One week left on my first year of training and losing weight. I missed my mark of losing 100 pounds, but I am so much more healthy today and so much more physically capable today. WooHoo!

I was tired today and needed a nap but did not take one. My weight lifting suffered. I also feel like I might be getting sick with another cold. Time will tell if I am getting sick. Today was an ok day for food. I picked up some lean ground beef patties and made a double stack cheese burger on a whole wheat roll. Since I was a bit bad with lunch I made a veggie stirfry to go with the baked chicken leftovers. I bet that is going to do wonderfull things to my digestive system. Look at all those veggies!
