Week 52 Day 3

Another good day! another pound or so down.  Not to bad since I was 271.x two days ago.

AM:
21 min jog, 2 miles
40 min elliptical machine

PM:
10.5 min jog
40 min elliptical machine

I feel like my intensity has been up this week.  I think the internal drive to try and make weight by Sunday is pushing me to push harder during my workouts.  I really have tightened up my eating too.

Dinner was another salad.  This time it was topped with steak, mushrooms, peppers, asparagus, and pin wheel pasta.  

This was a heavier salad but very healthy.  I also enjoyed grapefruits and oranges today.  I really feel in the zone.  When I make it to my goal I have already figured out what I want the tee shirts to say.  Sorry, you are going to have to wait to see.
