Week 52 Day 4

Three more days…Is it possible?

So I weigh myself today and what do I see?   

But wait,  I was just 271.8 lbs on Monday?????  So eating right does the trick, AGAIN!   I cut my calories back to 2,000 to 2,100 calories.  I also cut out carbs with dinner.  No potatoes, rice, etc.  This rocks.

AM:
9 min mile
50 min elliptical machine

PM:
15 min dumbbell aerobics
30 min weight lifting
15 min elliptical stepper

Dinner tonight was chicken thighs and broccoli. I sprinkled Parmesan cheese onto the broccoli and drizzled BBQ sauce onto the chicken. It was good!

I have been on a grapefruit kick all this week and have been eating them 2 at a time as snacks.  It is pretty weird how I have turned out.  As a kid you could not get me to eat vegetables or fruit like grapefruit.  Now I regularly enjoy veggies and all kinds of fruits.  My wife is to thank for a lot of it but my tastes have matured on their own as well.   I can’t wait to see what the scale says tomorrow!  This is the same excitement I had when I first started.
