Year 2 Week 1 Day 1

Happy New Year!  Well it is the first day of year two on this website.  WOOHOO!

AM:
10 min jog
50 min stepper machine

PM:
55 min weight lifting

Today was just another day. No ups, no downs, just a day. I had expectations that did not pan out. I ended up falling asleep on the couch. Not totally unexpected for me to do that, but it was funny as I woke up unexpectedly and thought, “wow, I fell asleep”.

Dinner tonight was steak fajitas with red beans and rice. I added avocado, sour cream and some shredded cheese to round out the meal.

Life is good!
