Happy Monday.  Well almost.

AM:
11 min jog
20 min bike
30 min elliptical

PM:
8 sets assisted dips
8 sets of leg extensions
20 min elliptical machine

Today was a cold day that even had flurries! I took it pretty easy and watched a 24 marathon. I was not into the series when it was on prime time but have enjoyed it here and there since catching an episode a few years ago.
