Y2W14 Day 2

My back!

This morning I decided to get back on track.  I got to the gym early and started on the treadmill.  Oh no!  My back muscles were hurting as I jogged.  I even slowed it down a a SLOW jog and then I had to stop after 5 minutes.  So off to the elliptical machine.  All was good there so I did 50 minutes on it.

Work was OK and before I knew it I was at the gym lifting weights.  I noticed my back muscles acting up again as I was getting up and down from the leg press machine.  Not cool.  I was able to do all my exercises as I wanted so I did not suffer much but it really sux when you are not being your best or feeling 100%.
