4 sets overhead presses with 35 lb dumbbells

Not to bad of a day. Work was OK but the area was not. There was an armed robbery a few blocks from work on a very busy street at 2:30 PM ! Rediculous!
I decided to change things up again with my exercising. I am going to weight lift at home 4 days a week and will still weight lift in the mornings once or twice a week to get in the exercises I can’t do at home. My running days will stay the same and I will make a point to get in some cardio on my lifting mornings and other mornings will be all cardio. My muscles are already feeling the burn.
