Run Day!
So we had a good run today!
My afternoon workout was not what I planned but I enjoyed it anyway. I was going to do some lifting and started with that. I did some body weight squats and curls but then decided I wanted to spend some time hitting the heavy bag. I did some left right lefts and some rights, lefts, rights. I broke a great sweat. It was fun and it is more than an hour later and I feel it!
I am exhausted. I almost fell asleep when I got home. I lost motivation to exercise in the afternoon so it was good I did the heavy bag because that cranked me up some. But here it is 8pm and I am ready for bed as soon as I finish tracking foods.
