Skipped it. My legs were shot from all the leg presses, I did too much too soon.
I felt pretty normal all day. My legs felt strong during the leg presses though my knees did not feel quite right. I did break a sweat while lifting and got some cardio in as well so today was OK. I hope tomorrow can be a 2 a day workout day for me.
