In the afternoon I was able to crank the stepper all the way up to 18! WOW that was tough.
Dinner was again amazing! I made a mashed cauliflower with greek yogurt mixed in with some BBQ chicken and baby carrots. The meal rocked! Sure Gordon Ramsey would say…
