This weekend my wife and I will be running the Navy 5 Miler. We wanted to do a group run for time and picked the Navy run as a good middle ground between a 5K and 10K distance.We have been running regularly and have done distances between 3 and 6 miles weekly to get ready. This week we did 5 miles on two different days. We are ready!
As you can see I did sweat a little bit. Since the camera was out we took two more pictures to show where I am at now with 93 pounds lost.
I am a lot better off today than I was 33 weeks ago! I still got plenty of work to do and areas to improve but I am well on my way in this journey.
My PM workout was weights in the gym. I did 62 minutes. I should have done more but I wanted to take it a bit easy with the run a few days away. Tomorrow is another day, here’s hoping for great things.
