Week 34 Day 6

I broke through!

That is great to see!  Booyah!

AM:

30 min elliptical machine
30 min bike

PM:

20 min stair stepper
15 min elliptical machine

I ate like a pig today and totaled a little over 3,000 calories. Not good. I also took a 2.5 hour “nap” this afternoon which my body must have really needed. It is getting close to bed time and I am feeling sleepy.
