Dinner was Chinese food inspired again, I made cashew chicken with broccoli, red pepper and some onion. I used chicken thighs this time.
That looks like the real thing! It tasted pretty good too. I used vinegar, honey and squeezed grapefruit juice to give it flavor. I seasoned it with salt, pepper, garlic powder and some ginger powder. It was a home run!
