Week 41 Day 5

Another Work week done!  Who an I kidding, every day is a holiday right now since I am not working.  Still no luck on the job hunt!

AM:
9 min mile
25 min stair stepper
25 min elliptical machine

PM:
Weights!
5 sets Dumbbell bench presses
3 sets squats
3 sets lateral raises
4 sets assisted chin-ups
3 sets leg press machine

Dinner was Chinese food inspired again, I made cashew chicken with broccoli, red pepper and some onion. I used chicken thighs this time.


That looks like the real thing!   It tasted pretty good too.  I used vinegar, honey and squeezed grapefruit juice to give it flavor.  I seasoned it with salt, pepper, garlic powder and some ginger powder.  It was a home run!
