Week 48 Day 2

So it is now 2012.  The gym has been full with many folks working on their new year resolutions.  Let’s see how many are still there in March.

AM:

15 min jog
30 min elliptical machine

PM:
50 min elliptical machine

I ate poorly today.  I was out of balance and ate too many calories.  I did have a great dinner though.  I had middle eastern kabobs with rice and Channa (chick peas).   This was the best part of my day!
