Y2W6 Day 3

Happy Birthday to my Honey Bunny!

To celebrate the day we jogged 3 miles together before work.  Now that is love!

I pedaled to and from work for another 33 minutes of cardio and still made it to the gym for some exercise.   My body was fairly sore from work so I tried to do some lifting but was too sore to do it so I did more cardio.

Today was not a good day for dieting.  There were “birthday cupcakes” that I bought and enjoyed.  Tomorrow is a new day and I hope to not be sore and lift more.  If I find this is the new norm for me I will need to adjust my morning w
