AM:
10 min jog
20 min elliptical stepper
20 min bike

PM:
21 min jog
23 min elliptical machine

Today was an off day. I was very hungry most of the day and consumed more food ans calories than I should have. There will be no hiding from the scale tomorrow!

Here is a little something to take your mind off that bad news…
