Week 35 Day 4

A good day!

AM:
4 sets of
12 Push ups
10 squats
10 overhead presses with 17.5lb dumbbells
10 dumbbell dead lifts
10 alternate arm curls each arm
10 sit ups

30 min elliptical machine

PM:
12 min Walk to gym
62 min weight lifting including squats, incline bench press, dumbbell over head press, and EZ-Bar curls.
12 min walk home

Nerd alert:

I spent some time playing RAGE today.  There are portions of the game requiring you to compete in races with dune buggies.  I normally like racing games but not in the middle of my first person shooters.  It is OK though,  I had a particular mission to accomplish and it was the most fun I have had in the game so far.  The Shrouded Clan mission gives you the remote control bomb cars.  They are fun!
