My lower back was sore today from lesterday’s workouts. I took it easier than would normally. I weighed myself this morning and I was 1.2 pounds heavy. Bummer I was hoping to be light butnot today. I would normally weigh myself on Saturdays but feeling sore I knew today was not going to be a great workout day. I may not even weigh myself tomorrow.
