Week 50 Day 2

SO I was motivated today.  I pushed it on the treadmill and did a mile in under 9 minutes.  That made me smile!

I know 8:48 is not really fast, but it is better than 10 minute miles.   After that I got on the elliptical machine and cranked away for 50 minutes.  I kept the sweat going.

My afternoon workout was 50 minutes spent on the elliptical stepper machine.  I broke a seat but nothing like I had this morning.  All in all a good day for working out.

My eating today was off though.  I finished the pesto pasta salad and the stuffed peppers dish so I was heavy on carbs and calories today.  I compensated at dinner by making a salad and having steak and mushrooms over it but the damage was already done.

It looks like the meals over the next few days will need to be carb-lite to swing things back the right way.
